Because each session involves preparation and dedicated time, refunds are not available once a service is booked.

If you need to reschedule, your payment can be applied to a future session or different service within 60 days. We just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can honor the time set aside.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This helps ensure the session space is held with care and clarity.

Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of your session.
